Does the "Clone Tool" have to be used with any specific version of Emplode, or does it work regardless of the version on the players? Also, if the player that is accepting the "clone" has music files on it, will they be eliminated during the cloning process?

The clone tool is largely outdated, and of very limited use as (i beleive) you have to upgrade from lower serial number to higher. Do a search on netcat and rsync, both probably better suited to dealing with two empegs that are both going to be used.
